2.      Completely filled up application form and questionnaire

3.      2x2 picture (jpeg or bitmap) attachment

4.      Essay in MSWord or in pdf (Arial type,12 font size) max. 500 words on the following topic:

4.1.            MOVIES AND ME – exploring the role of films in your life

4.1.1.      Is there a film or movie, documentary or feature that affected you most or probably made a difference in your life? Please elaborate.

4.1.2.      Describe the movie/s that changed the way you looked at yourself or your family, your community or the world.

4.1.3.       Tell us how this movie influenced you and why you think films and movies have such a great effect in people's lives.
